In all probability only the picture disc set were planned, because take a look at the matrix number: "METAL PICTURE -A-" So the black vinyl version is the testpress of the picture disc set & the green/red coloured version is the promo of the picture disc set. Also there are far fewer of these promo & test press copys around than the actual picture discs.
